This gondola and ropeway connect Tsugaike Kogen with the trailhead toward Hakuba Oike Pond. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Alps along the way.
A series of three gondolas and lifts that connect to the Happo Ike Sanso, the starting point for the Happo trail. Enjoy an aerial journey covering 1,060m in elevation and 3,445m in length.
This gondola serves as the gateway to the Goryu trailhead. At the summit, you’ll find an alpine botanical garden—a scenic spot enjoyable for families as well.
If you are leaving early in the morning or going to a trailhead where public transportation is not available, it is more convenient to take a taxi. During peak season, the parking lot near the trailhead may be full, so we recommend using a parking lot further away and transfer to a bus or taxi. Buese only run for a few days per day, so it is important to check the time of the last bus.
