Hakuba Sanso, Goryu Sanso, and Hakuba Oike Sanso will close for the fiscal year 2025

Hakuba Sanso, Goryu Sanso, and Hakuba Oike Sanso have closed for the season with the last stay on Monday, October 14th.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited us this season.
Please note that once the hut is closed, it will no longer be possible to use it as a winter hut or evacuation shelter.

This season, we were blessed with good weather, especially in July and August, and we had a great number of climbers from Japan and abroad come to visit us.
Mountain climbing is a sport where you immerse yourself in the majestic surroundings of nature, plan your own trip, and prepare your own equipment. Unlike in town, mountain climbing has its own rules, such as leaving early and arriving early, and taking your trash with you. Also, since mountain huts generally involve sharing rooms, it's important to be considerate of others.

The magnificent mountains of the Northern Alps, the alpine plants that bloom with each season, and the animals that live there...
It is because of this natural beauty that we can enjoy climbing mountains.
We hope that each and every one of you will continue to follow the rules, respect nature, and enjoy climbing in the Northern Alps.

The mountain hut will be closed for the winter for approximately half a year, but we look forward to seeing many of you again next season.
